Members
Affect the student union boards work
You, as a member can before any Student Union Council submit motions on things you deem important that can change within the student union. That can by anything from new documents, policies or even an escape hatchet!
Develop the student union
You, as a member can develop our union by sitting in one of our organs. We have boards that work with education development, technology, sports and much more! No matter your interests there is definitely something for you!
Council
The council board is the student union's highest decision-making authority. The council consists of 21 member that the union members have chosen, three of these seats are specially conditional for students at campus Karlshamn.
The council meets twice per semester and follows a relatively fixed schedule with what points to treat when. The council is the decision-making unit that has the all-inclusive power and responsibility for the student union

As a spokesperson, i make sure the summons and meeting points come out in time. I act as the meetings spokesperson and make sure they student union council meetings are handled correctly and moves forward.

I have the overall responsibility for the organization I also have the responsibility to make sure that different tasks are done and within time. I overlook and coordinate the work of the student union board.
I am also the student unions face outwards. I also have the responsibility for the contact with Blekinge Institute of Technology's management and acts as the student representative for the Board of Governors.

As an event coordinator we are responsible for the planning of the student unions many events and the coordination between bodies for bigger events.
We are also responsible for the student union's own events like, for example; kick-off for our volunteers, the union's members breakfast and much more.

Som expeditionsansvarig har jag det övergripande ansvaret för studentkårens expedition. Jag ser till att det beställs varor till vårt kårcafé och även se över vilket utbud vi ska ha.

Som PR-ansvarig ansvar jag för Kårstyrelsens grafiska material. Jag ser till att PR kommer ut inför diverse evenemang och information från våra samarbetspartners.
Jag har även hand om Kårstyrelsens sociala medier.

Som informationsansvarig är jag ansvarig för formell kommunikation internt och extern, via mail och andra kanaler. Jag ser till att viktig information kommer ut till våra föreningar, sektioner, och medlermmar.

I hold the responsibility for external- and corporate relations, memberships witin the Union, social media and is one of project managers over BAM and The Campus Festival.

I have the responsibility for the student unions cafe. I make sure there are wares to sell by ordering and looking over what we should sell in the cafe.

Som mejlansvarig ansvar jag för att ha en övergripande insyn i kårstyrelsen mejlkonservationer. Jag ser till att mejlen som kommer in hanteras till mål och är framtagna inför styrelsemöten.

Driftansvarig uppgift är att se till att studentkårens IT baserade system förblir i drift på ett säkert sätt. Jag är även ansvarig för studentkårens driftutskott som är ett utskott där studenter kan hjälpa kåren med drift uppgifter.
Nomination committee
The purpose of the Nomination Committee is to prepare elections and to produce proposals for next year's union board among the elections they are conducting. In the nomination committee, you handle elections to, among other things, the Union Board, the Council and sometimes to sections and educational associations. As a member of the nomination committee, you can, among other things, do PR and organize elections.
