Affect the student union boards work
Du som medlem kan inför varje fullmäktigesammanträde skicka in motioner på saker du tycker ska ändras i studentkårens verksamhet. Det kan vara allt från att införa nya dokument, policies eller till och med en fallucka!
Develop the student union
You, as a member can develop our union by sitting in one of our organs. We have boards that work with education development, technology, sports and much more! No matter your interests there is definitely something for you!
Council
Fullmäktige är studentkårens högsta beslutande organ. Fullmäktige består av 21 ledamöter som medlemmarna har valt genom personval. Fullmäktige sammanträder två gånger per termin och följer ett relativt fast schema på vilka punkter som behandlas när. Fullmäktige är den beslutande enhet som har den allomfattande makten och ansvaret för studentkåren.
Fullmäktige beslutar om organisationens samlade verksamhetsplan, budget och styrdokument. Dessutom väljer fullmäktige alla interna och externa representanter. Sektionsstyrelser, Kårstyrelsen och studentrepresentanter.
Fullmäktige leds av Talman eller mötesordförande!
The council board is the student union's highest decision-making authority. The council consists of 21 member that the union members have chosen, three of these seats are specially conditional for students at campus Karlshamn.
The council meets twice per semester and follows a relatively fixed schedule with what points to treat when. The council is the decision-making unit that has the all-inclusive power and responsibility for the student union
The council decides about the organisations combined business plan, budget and control document. Furthermore the council decides all internal and external representatives. Section boards, the student union board and student representatives.
The council is guided by the Spokesperson or meeting chairperson!

As a spokesperson, i make sure the summons and meeting points come out in time. I act as the meetings spokesperson and make sure they student union council meetings are handled correctly and moves forward.

Jag har det övergripande ansvaret för organisationen samt ser till att viktiga arbetsuppgifter utförs i tid och korrekt. Jag överser och koordinerar Kårstyrelsens arbete.
I am also the student unions face outwards. I also have the responsibility for the contact with Blekinge Institute of Technology's management and acts as the student representative for the Board of Governors.

I denna roll har man ett nära samarbete med Kårordförande och ska kunna ta över dennes arbetsuppgifter om det skulle behövas. Jag I work closely with our education associations and act as their contact person.
This is a very justice focused role so don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about student rights and duty.
Jag agerar studentombud genom att handgripligen hjälpa studenter som har problem med sin utbildning.

I document the student union board's work. I'm responsible for protocols during the student union board meetings and also see so they get adjusted and uploaded to our website.
I'm also responsible for documenting during the student union council meetings.

As an event coordinator we are responsible for the planning of the student unions many events and the coordination between bodies for bigger events.
We are also responsible for the student union's own events like, for example; kick-off for our volunteers, the union's members breakfast and much more.

Som expeditionsansvarig har jag det övergripande ansvaret för studentkårens expedition. Jag ser till så att det beställs varor till vårt kårcafé och även se över vilket utbud vi ska ha. Jag håller även i utbildning för nya jobbare på kårcaféet. Jag ansvarar även för att utveckla arbetsmiljön på vårt kontor.

As the PR manager I manage the union board's graphic material. I make sure that PR comes out before various events and information from our cooperation partners.
I manage the union board's social medias as well.
Samverkansansvarig

As the cooperation manager I together with the president manage the student union's collaborations and cooperations with the business life and regional contact. I also manage maintaining contact with our networks and to broaden the student union's contact network.

Nomination committee
Valberedningens syfte är att bereda val samt att ta fram förslag på nästkommande års styrelse bland de valen de breder. I valberedningen sköter du val till bland annat Kårstyrelsen, Fullmäktige och ibland till sektioner och utbildningsföreningar. Som medlem i Valberedningen får du bland annat göra PR och anordna val.
