Yesterday, 24/8, Swedish National Union of Students (SFS) published their annual accommodation report. Karlshamn gets to keep it's green status since newly accepted students gets a student accommodation within a month after the beginning of school with reasonable rental criteria, guaranteed. The big change is from Karlskrona that changes from being red-listed for several years to being yellow-listed. This is something we see as very positive at the student union, but now it's on us at BSK to keep pushing on Karlskrona's landlords to keep building student accommodations until Karlskrona becomes green-listed and doesn't return to the red-mark.
If you want to read the whole report or just the motivations for the different markings, note that the report is only available in swedish at the moment. You can download it here.
